Our hotel features three accessible rooms. Please inform us of your specific requirements when making a reservation so we can assign the ideal room for you.

Do you have food allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements? Please inform us prior to your arrival so we can accommodate your preferences for breakfast.

Your room is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. A valid photo ID and a credit card or €100 cash deposit are required upon check-in.

• Early Check-in: From 11:00 AM upon availability (€25.00 surcharge).
• Late Arrival (after 6:00 PM): Please contact us in advance. Our key safe allows check-in 24/7.

• Children up to 12 years: Stay and enjoy breakfast free of charge in their parents' bed.
• Baby Cots: Available free of charge upon request (please specify when booking).
• Extra Beds: Available in selected room categories for €27.00 / night.

Start your day with our fresh breakfast buffet:

• Advance Booking (by the day before): €19.00 per person / day.
• On-site / Same-day Booking: €27.00 per person / day.

Booking in advance helps us plan accurately and avoid unnecessary food waste.

The cancellation terms agreed upon during booking apply. For late cancellations, 80% of the room rate will be charged. In case of a No-Show, 100% will be billed. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM on your departure day.

• Late Check-out (until 1:00 PM): €25.00 (subject to availability).
• Late Check-out XXL (until 5:00 PM): €50.00 (subject to availability).

To save resources, we clean rooms every two days by default. If you opt out of daily cleaning for the environment, we’ll thank you with a free Mühlen Kölsch beer at our bar!

Forgot toiletries? Sustainable items (made from bamboo/cornstarch) are available at reception.

• Quiet Hours: Please respect other guests and keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Occupancy: Maximum room occupancy must be respected. Please register external visitors at reception.
• Parties: Private parties in hotel rooms are strictly prohibited.

We care about our environmental footprint. Regular room cleaning takes place every two days to conserve water and energy.

• Cologne Trade Fair (Messe) / Confex: Tram line 1 or 9
• RheinEnergieSTADION: Tram line 1
• Cologne Cathedral & Main Station: Tram line 5
• Cologne/Bonn Airport (CGN): S-Bahn from Main Station

Guests under 18 traveling without parents require a signed parental consent form along with copies of the parents' ID prior to arrival.

Our hotel is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building and inside rooms (including open windows). Deep cleaning fees apply for violations.

On-site parking spaces are available upon request for €25.00 / day (max. clearance height 1.90 m). Advance reservation is recommended. Public parking garages are nearby.

Payment can be made in cash, EC/Girocard, VISA, or Mastercard (American Express is not accepted).

A valid credit card guarantee or €100.00 cash deposit is required at check-in (even for prepaid rates).

Pets are generally not allowed in the hotel. Certified service and guide dogs are exempt (please inform us prior to arrival).

For your comfort, we offer a selection of extra pillows, neck pillows, and hypoallergenic bedding. Please let us know your preferences in advance.

Our reception is staffed during the day. For arrivals after 6:00 PM, your key will be safely deposited in our 24/7 key safe.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. Access details and QR codes can be found in your room (wardrobe/door) and at reception.
